How does the RockStar program work?
Members volunteer in their own communities with a non-profit, school or other community group and submit an application telling us about the experience along with photos documenting their volunteer experience.. RockStars who submit a qualifying questionnaire and pictures receive a great giveaway item of RockStar merchandise (until December 31, 2007 and while supplies of RockStar merchandise last).
How do I receive my RockStar giveaway?
If you are an eligible participant and submit a qualifying questionnaire and pictures, you will receive one item of RockStar merchandise, while supplies last. The first 100 eligible participants who submit qualifying materials will receive a DVD of a 2007 Boost Mobile RockCorps concert, and the remaining eligible participants who submit qualifying materials will receive one “RockCorps” t-shirt.
Who can submit RockStar materials?
Any BMRC member at least 14 years of age that has participated in four hours of community service. To become a BMRC member, visit the Member

How many times can I submit material in this promotion?
There is a limit of one submission per participant in the current RockStar promotion.
What type of volunteer project can I participate in to be a RockStar?
Almost any type of community service can qualify you to be a RockStar. For example, you could volunteer in a soup kitchen, clean a park, or read to young people. You can do a volunteer project on your own or with your friends. As long as it's four hours and creates a positive change inyour neighborhood.

Do I really only have to volunteer for four hours?
Four hours is the minimum. But tell us if you volunteer more hours in your community project.
Can I volunteer with BMRC too?
Sure, RockStars can volunteer with BMRC. However, a BMRC project cannot qualify for your RockStar project.
How long has Boost Mobile RockCorps been around?
Boost Mobile and RockCorps partnered in 2005 to develop the Boost Mobile RockCorps program. The BMRC movement has completed hundreds of community improvement projects across the country. Our hard-working volunteers share a belief in giving back and a passion for music, and they are carrying the message of the BMRC revolution far and wide.
